What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program with the aim of improving, among other things, cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.
Our program delivers a fitness program that is broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing.
CrossFit is for all individuals. Our members range from athletes, moms, firefighters, police officers, and everyday people looking to stay or get healthy. CrossFit is scaleable making it the perfect workout for any individual regardless of experience.
