Favorite thing about CrossFit: Everything about CrossFit I absolutely love; the friendships, the workouts, and just seeing people work their very hardest everyday. There’s few places where you can come in together with a group of friends or even people you’re just meeting for the first time and push yourselves to limits that you never knew were possible and at the end of the class everyone is high-fiving and congratulating each other on a job well done. Seeing that and being a part of that is the greatest thing about CrossFit.

The incredibly supportive community, the broad and inclusive physical challenges, and the scalability of all the workouts is what makes CrossFit so great.
