Favorite thing about CrossFit: Seeing someone do something that they never thought possible and push themselves out of their comfort zone is by far the most rewarding part of coaching. Programs: CrossFit, CPR/AED certified
Started: November 2013
Prior life: Collegiate Soccer Player and currently works for Southwest Airlines
Favorite thing about CrossFit: Everything about CrossFit I absolutely love; the friendships, the workouts, and just seeing people work their very hardest everyday. There’s few places where you can come in together with a group of friends or even people you’re just meeting for the first time and push yourselves to limits that you never knew were possible and at the end of the class everyone is high-fiving and congratulating each other on a job well done. Seeing that and being a part of that is the greatest thing about CrossFit.

Programs: CrossFit
Started: November 2017
Prior life: Sr. Director of Information Technology (Desk Jockey) living in the corporate world.
Favorite thing about CrossFit: Simply stated, Crossfit works. I was active before Crossfit making up my own workouts, mountain biking, snowboarding, jogging etc.. But nothing really had an impact. My wife and I decided to go “all in” with Crossfit and results followed. From that point forward, I’ve been hooked and love seeing athletes of all ages and abilities setting goals and achieving them!
