The CrossFit program is designed so anyone can do it. We use the same workouts for elite athletes, members wanting to get in shape, moms, and elderly individuals with health issues. How can this be done? CrossFit allows for universal scaling, making it the perfect program regardless of experience.
CrossFit Teens Program | Learn More
CrossFit Teens is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit. This program is designed to emphasize good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. In a group setting, kids and teens participate in fun and engaging workouts. CrossFit Teens is being implemented in preschools, physical education curriculums, high schools, and before-and-after school programs.
We offer personal training for those who are not ready for group classes or that want 1:1 coaching. We recognize not everyone is ready for group classes and that some athletes are looking to progress in their fitness and need a little extra time devoted to them. Personal training is perfect for moms, busy couples, high school/college students, and competitive athletes
Olympic lifting focuses primarily on improving technical execution of the snatch, clean and jerk and related lifts. This program is intended to supplement your training or work on skills, no matter your experience, to get you better Olympic lifts. Our CrossFit Weightlifting and USAW Coaches can provide you with the programming needed to improve your technique and lifts.
