What is Team Sports Strength and Conditioning Training?
Our coaching staff is made up of CrossFit coaches that have coached numerous seasons of various sports, and also competed on teams at the collegiate level . We have coached soccer, football, baseball, softball and hockey teams to prepare them for the season and enhance their conditioning. Athletes have consistently found that attending classes at CFP, has improved their strength, power, speed, coordination, and endurance.
Team training sessions are 1 hour dedicated entirely to the team-specific training. We can work with you to find the best day(s) and time to meet your players needs.

The Go Pro Baseball Organization was looking to add a strength and conditioning component to our 9-17u team training, and CrossFit Plainfield was able to more than meet that expectation. Sandy, Scott, and the rest of the team at CFP have worked to make sure that all of our players and their families get the best training and experience possible. Even with our younger players, they worked closely with them to make sure that all of the exercises and workouts were being done correctly, and emphasized the importance of safety while doing so. With all of the developments that our players have seen thus far, we are definitely going to be setting up more training sessions for our players in the future!The Go Pro Baseball Organization
